WHAT'S INCLUDED
First time clients must have had their homes cleaned professionally within the last 30 days to qualify for a Standard Clean. If it's been more than 30 days since your last professional clean, please book a First Time Clean. A Standard Clean is a maintenance clean for already professionally cleaned homes. Booking a Standard Clean means you are confirming that your home has been professionally cleaned within the last 30 days.
Living Areas & Bedrooms:
- Dust all accessible surfaces, furniture and fixtures
- Dust ceiling fans, light fixtures, air vents, blinds (as accessible)
- Wipe down doors, door handles and light switches
- Wipe down baseboards (as accessible)
- Vacuum all floors, carpets and rugs
- Mop all hard floors
- Take out garbage and recycling
- Make beds (change linens if left out)
Kitchen:
- Clean and sanitize countertops, sink and faucet
- Clean exterior of all appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher)
- Clean inside microwave
- Clean stovetop and drip pans
- Wipe down cabinet fronts
- Vacuum and mop floors
Bathrooms:
- Clean and sanitize toilet, shower/tub, sink and faucet
- Clean mirrors and glass
- Wipe down countertops and cabinet fronts

Clean Space CleanersA First Time Clean is for homes that have not been professionally cleaned within the last 30 days. This is a more thorough clean that will bring your home up to our standard, so that future Standard Cleans can maintain it. First Time Cleans include everything in a Standard Clean, plus extra attention to detail in areas that may have been neglected.
A First Time Clean is recommended if you haven't had a professional cleaning in over 30 days. These cleans typically take 30-50% longer than a Standard Clean as our team works to establish a baseline of cleanliness.

- Detailed dusting of all surfaces and fixtures
- Cobweb removal
- Wipe down all baseboards thoroughly
- Deep clean window sills and tracks
Kitchen:
- Everything included in a Standard Clean

- Clean and degrease range hood exterior
Bathrooms:

Clean Space CleanersOur Move In/Out Clean is a deep, detailed clean designed for empty or nearly empty homes. Cleaning an empty home gives our team the ability to clean spaces that are normally inaccessible. This service is ideal for tenants moving out who need to meet landlord expectations, or for new homeowners who want a fresh start.
Living Areas & Bedrooms:
- Dust and wipe all surfaces, light fixtures, ceiling fans
- Clean all windows sills and tracks
- Wipe down all baseboards
- Clean inside all closets (shelves, rods, floors)
- Vacuum and mop all floors
- Remove cobwebs
Kitchen:
- Clean inside oven, fridge, dishwasher
- Clean inside all cabinets and drawers
- Clean and sanitize countertops, sink, backsplash
- Clean stovetop, range hood, and drip pans
- Wipe down all cabinet fronts inside and out

Yes! Long-term contracts are available and can be customized to suit your needs.
Construction and renovation projects create a unique type of mess that requires specialized cleaning. Fine dust from drywall, sawing, and sanding settles on every surface — including inside cabinets, on walls, and in air vents. This dust is much finer and more pervasive than regular household dust.
A standard cleaning service is designed to maintain an already clean home. Attempting to perform a standard clean in a post-renovation environment would result in an unsatisfactory outcome for both you and our cleaning team. The fine construction dust requires specific techniques, tools, and significantly more time to properly remove.
Our post-construction cleaning service is specifically designed to handle this type of mess, ensuring your home is thoroughly cleaned and safe to live in after renovations.
Our pricing is based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your home because this is the most accurate way to estimate the time and effort required to clean your space. Even if you don't use all of your rooms regularly, dust and dirt still accumulate in unused spaces.
Booking based on actual home size ensures our cleaners have adequate time to do a thorough job. If you book a smaller service than your actual home size, our team won't have enough time to clean everything properly, which leads to an unsatisfactory experience for everyone.
If you have rooms that are completely closed off and unused, please let us know and we can discuss options.
If you only want specific rooms cleaned, you should still book based on the number of rooms you'd like cleaned. For example, if you have a 3-bedroom home but only want 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom cleaned, book a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom service.
In the notes section of your booking, let us know exactly which rooms you'd like us to focus on. Our team will prioritize those areas and ensure they receive a thorough clean.
Clean Space CleanersWhile we strive to offer a comprehensive cleaning service, there are some tasks we are unable to perform for safety and liability reasons:
- • Mold or biohazard cleanup/remediation
- • Hoarding situations (extreme clutter)
- • Exterior window cleaning (above ground floor)
- • Heavy lifting or moving of large furniture
- • Cleaning requiring ladders taller than 2 steps
- • Pest control or pest-related cleanup
- • Pressure washing
We're happy to recommend trusted partners for services we don't provide. Just ask!
We understand life can be unpredictable. You can cancel or reschedule your booking at any time. However, we do have a cancellation policy to be fair to our cleaning professionals who have reserved time for your appointment:
- • More than 24 hours notice: No charge
- • Less than 24 hours / no-show: $79 cancellation fee

Yes, but you must provide safe access. We accept lockbox codes, hidden keys, or building access codes. You can provide access instructions in the notes section when booking, or email them to us separately.
For security, we recommend using a lockbox. If you prefer to leave a hidden key, please let us know the exact location. Our team will lock up when they leave and return the key to its original location.

For most residential cleans, we send 1 cleaner. For larger homes (4+ bedrooms) or deep cleans, we may send a team of 2 to ensure the job is completed efficiently and thoroughly.
If you have a preference for the number of cleaners, please let us know when booking and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Clean Space CleanersTRUST & SAFETY
If something is not done to your expectations, please let us know within 24 hours of your cleaning appointment. We will send a team back to re-clean the areas in question at no additional charge.
If after the re-clean you are still not satisfied, we will issue a partial or full refund at our discretion. We want you to be 100% happy with our service, and we'll work with you to make it right.
Refunds, when issued, are processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method.
Absolutely. We take trust and safety very seriously. Every cleaning professional on our team goes through a rigorous vetting process that includes:

- • Reference checks from previous employers
- • In-person interview
- • Test clean evaluation
- • Ongoing performance reviews based on client feedback
We also carry full commercial liability insurance and are bonded. We won't send someone to your home unless we'd trust them in our own.
Your payment information is processed through Stripe, one of the world's leading payment processors. We never store your full credit card details on our servers. All transactions are encrypted with 256-bit SSL encryption.
Stripe is PCI Level 1 certified, which is the highest level of security certification available in the payments industry. Your billing information is as safe with us as it is with any major online retailer.
Yes, every single one. All of our cleaning professionals undergo a comprehensive criminal record check before they are approved to join our team. This is a non-negotiable part of our hiring process.
In addition to criminal record checks, we also verify references and conduct in-person interviews and test cleans. We take the safety and security of your home very seriously.
In the rare event that something is damaged or goes wrong during a cleaning appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. We carry full commercial liability insurance to cover accidental damage.
We will assess the situation promptly and work with you to resolve it fairly. This may include repair, replacement, or compensation for the damaged item. Our goal is to make it right.
Please report any issues within 24 hours of your cleaning appointment so we can address them quickly and effectively.

Absolutely! While our standard pricing is based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, we understand that sometimes you only need specific areas cleaned. You can book based on the rooms you'd like cleaned rather than your total home size.
For example, if you have a 4-bedroom home but only want the kitchen, living room, and 1 bathroom cleaned, you can book a smaller service and leave instructions about which areas to focus on.
